Growing up in a Sydney in a family of food-lovers, I was destined to work with food. After working in food media for the past six years, I ventured into food blogging, recipe development and food styling in 2012.
With clients under my belt including McCain, Abe’s Bagels, Barker’s of Geraldine, Anathoth Farm, Argan Life, Ingham and Queen Fine Foods, My passion for food shines through in my recipes, which are imaginative, easy-to-follow and most importantly, failsafe.
When developing recipes for brands and specific products my motto is to make the product the hero of the dish. It cannot be easy left out, replaced or interchanged.
